What a difference a year makes.

Last year, in its inaugural seasonas a member of the new Big Ten Hockey Conference, Penn State finished with a record of 8-26-2. The team upset Michigan and reached the Big Ten Tournaments semifinals. Overall, the teams season was a success but nothingspectacular, which was allthe young program could ask for.
