The Nittany Lions enter their third year as a Division I program and second in the new Big Ten hockey contest. Penn State returns 99-percent of their scoring from last year. The Nittany Lions are looking to improve off of last years 8-26-2 record that was far better than the final results indicated facing Top 10 teams on nearly a nightly basis and losing 11 games by a single goal.
