The best player in Penn State hockey’s Division I history was cut from the Toronto Maple Leafs’ professional preseason camp, the team announced last week. Bailey made it past the team’s first round of cuts, where the camp’s 69 players were cut down to 53. The decision of his cut doesn’t come as the biggest surprise however, as his skating was evidently slower than his NHL peers when he took the next step last season
