The Nittany Lions will appear on national television at least 12 times in 2013-14.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – NBC Sports Group and the Big Ten announced Wednesday that a pair of Nittany Lion men’s hockey games will broadcast live on NBC Sports Network.

NBCSN will televise the Nittany Lions’ road matchups against Michigan State Saturday, Jan. 18 at 6:30 p.m. and Minnesota Saturday, March 1.

With the addition of the NBCSN broadcasts, the Nittany Lions will appear on national television at least 12 times during the 2013-14 season. Penn State games will broadcast live on BTN six times during the regular season and at least one during the Big Ten championship, while appearing on the ESPN family of networks three times.
