ROSELAND, Ill. — Freshman Peyton Jones (Langhorne, Pa.) has been named the Big Ten First Star of the Week while classmate Denis Smirnov (Moscow, Russia) has earned Third Star accolades as announced by the league office earlier Tuesday morning.
