Eamon McAdam’s first appearance in net didn’t match fans’ expectations.
The start also didn’t meet his.
Now that the freshman NHL draft pick has had a few days to let it sit in, McAdam said he didn’t play his best game when speaking at media availability on Tuesday.
“It wasn’t my best game definitely, but I had a little bit of jitters going in,” the Perkasie native said. “I don’t really think I played up to where I could. It’s the first game. I had to get it out of the way. Now that it’s out of the way, I know where I stand and what I need to improve on.”
