UNIVERSITY PARK — One of the men who was instrumental in bringing Division I hockey to Penn State is leaving the university to accept another position.
Joe Battista, associate athletic director for Pegula Ice Arena, will be leaving Nov. 8 to start a new job with Pegula’s East Management Services as its vice president of hockey related businesses.
