2. Penn State (2)Penn State continued its winning ways by dispatching the Princeton Tigers, 6-3, at Pegula Ice Arena on Friday night. This continues the Nittany Lions’ hot start to the year, which has them at 11-2-3, a program best.Senior forward Tommy Olczyk scored his first career hat trick. The first two goals were two minutes apart early in the first period, and he completed the hat trick with an empty netter to seal the game.One sign for concern for the Nittany Lions, though, was the fact that they nearly blew a four-goal lead. Princeton scored three consecutive goals after trailing, 4-0, going into the third period.
