Forty-three seconds into the first period of the game against Boston University last Friday, junior forward Laura Bowman connected on a pass from senior Jill Holdcroft. Bowman squared herself and slapped the puck past the Terriers’ goalie Victoria Hanson on Penn State’s only power play of the game.
