UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.–The Wisconsin mens hockey team (2-18-4, 0-8-2-2) was swept at Penn State (15-7-4, 7-2-1-0), Saturday afternoon, as the Badgers dropped the series finale, 4-1, at Pegula Ice Arena. UW had an opportunity to get out a lead in the first period during 1:15 of 5-on-3 time, but was unable to convert. The Badgers finished the game 0-for-5 with the man advantage, while the Nittany Lions were successful twice in five attempts.
