UNIVERSITY PARK The Penn State womens hockey team earned the biggest win in program history Friday night, upsetting No. 6 Mercyhurst 2-1 at Pegula Ice Arena.

The Nittany Lions (9-7-3, 4-4-1 CHA) earned their first victory over a ranked opponent in two-plus years for the program.
