Yoxheimers first came 16: 54 into the opening frame on a breakaway with Hannah Hoenshell that made its way past Robert Morris netminder Jessica Dodds for the 1-0 score. Hoenshell added her second of three points on the night with her third goal of the season 1: 14 into the second period on a wrap around goal unassisted to put Penn State up 2-0 in the early goings on the middle frame. Penn State played to a three-goal third period to extend their lead.
