The odds for these teams to move up is decent just because the teams ahead are facing daunting playoff series. But Penn State is playing two games on the road against Michigan, which isn’t easy, though it has shown it could beat the Wolverines. Minnesota gets a pair of games against Wisconsin, which it needs to win, though it won’t help much in the Pairwise.
